LeaseFlags helps Ontario renters understand the clauses in their residential leases before those terms cost them time or money. Upload a PDF or photo to receive a clear report linked to the relevant Residential Tenancies Act provisions.

AI helps extract the wording from a lease, while a fixed rule library determines what gets flagged. The system does not improvise law, predict case outcomes, or create a lawyer-client relationship.

When a report identifies an issue, renters can generate a demand letter or purchase eligible LTB document packages fulfilled through BeProSe.ca. LeaseFlags provides legal information, never legal advice.

Privacy is part of the product: uploads require consent, are not reused for model training or advertising, and can be deleted on request.
